    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up
    • Proactively reach out to customers to identify their insurance needs, recommend solutions, and cross-sell additional products
    • Manage and track all client interactions in Salesforce CRM with accuracy and attention to detail
    • Leverage AI tools and technology to enhance productivity, personalize communication, and streamline workflows
    • Demonstrate exceptional email etiquette and professional communication standards in all interactions
    • Ensure daily tasks, follow-ups, and policy changes are completed accurately and on time
    • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
    • Maintain a professional office environment and uphold our agency’s reputation for excellence
    • Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to create documents, reports, and correspondence
    • Participate in ongoing training and contribute ideas to continuously improve team performance and client satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS
  • We’re seeking a Customer Relationship Manager who can confidently balance sales, service, and technology to deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Proven experience in insurance sales, customer service, or account management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills — polished, professional, and articulate
  • High attention to detail and organizational ability in a fast-paced environment
  • A confident, self-motivated professional who enjoys solving problems and achieving results
  • Strong computer literacy with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and AI-based tools

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Compensation $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
