What You’ll Do

  • Build new business by reaching out to prospects and converting leads into customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets across auto, home, life, and health products.
  • Develop strong customer relationships that support referrals and long-term retention.
  • Help customers select and update policies to suit their needs.
  • Cross-sell and round out accounts to provide additional value.
  • Collaborate with the team to share sales strategies and strengthen agency growth and retention.
What You’ll Bring

  • At least one year of licensed insurance sales experience.
  • Active Property & Casualty license.
  • Active Life & Health license.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation and a positive, growth-minded approach.

Compensation $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
